NQ Requests Guidance
In our ongoing Career Conundrums series, we have a trainee who is set to qualify this spring and is eager for some tips to start off on the right foot.
“I’m on the verge of qualifying and joining a team at the City law firm where I’ve been training. I’m looking for some advice on how to transition smoothly from a trainee to a fully qualified professional. Are there specific actions I should start or stop doing now that I am no longer a final-seat trainee? Any advice on dos and don’ts would be very helpful!
