After a decade of negotiations, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP-11) trade agreement will come into force on December 30 this year.
The TPP-11 is Australia’s biggest and most comprehensive free trade agreement to date.
If you would like to learn more about the TPP-11, the Export Council of Australia and Austrade is conducting a half-day seminar next month to explain how exporters can benefit from new trade opportunities.

Anyone doing business with or interested in doing business with a TPP-11 member: Japan, Canada, Mexico, Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, Peru, New Zealand, Singapore and Vietnam.
This seminar will be relevant to exporters, importers and those looking at setting up an office overseas.

About the presenter
The workshop will be presented by Heath Baker, Head of Policy at the Export Council of Australia. Mr Baker is a sought-after commentator on the TPP-11, speaking about the agreement in all major Australian newspapers, as well as on Sky Business, Bloomberg and CNBC.
Sally Phillips, the manager of Austrade's Free Trade Agreement Program, will discuss the commercial opportunities in key TPP-11 markets.
