It’s not too late to apply for an Export Award – the program that honours and celebrates Australia’s top exporters.
Export Award applications are now open – but be quick – the program closes in August.
The Australian Export Awards is a national program that recognises Australian companies engaged in international business that have achieved sustainable growth through innovation and commitment.
The Awards measure businesses against their peers based on the strength of their international growth, marketing and financial strategies.
The Awards operate as a two-tier process: exporters first achieve state distinction through their local State and Territory export award program.
Local winners then progress as national finalists and are benchmarked against their peers across the country, with winners receiving national recognition for their international success.
The Export Council of Australia manages the awards program for NSW, Queensland and Western Australia.
The Australian Trade & Investment Commission (Austrade), the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), and CPA Australia partner to present the national export awards program, one of the longest running business awards programs in Australia.
The ECA encourages businesses engaged in international trade to apply for the awards program relevant to their state. A range of assistance programs are available to help you prepare your application.
Regardless of size or location there are multiple opportunities for companies to be recognised for their success.
State and territory Export Award winners automatically progress as national finalists to the Australian Export Awards.
At the national awards they compete for an Australian industry award, including the coveted Australian Exporter of the Year.
NSW Premier’s Export Award winners will be announced at a gala presentation dinner at The Star, Pyrmont on Wednesday, October 26.
As an award winner, you can:
- Raise your company profile
- Improve your business credibility
- Increase your access to new markets
