The total number of confirmed swine flu cases in the United Kingdom has risen to 32 after four new cases were diagnosed yesterday, according to the UK Department of Health. The Department confirmed that at least one of the cases had an association with "travel to Mexico". Five schools have closed due to the virus, just as a major examination period began this week. The closed schools have requested special consideration for exam-taking students due to the precaution. The Independent Schools Council has advised their 1,200 member schools to set up quarantine rooms for students suspected of carrying the virus.
