Australian travel tech company, Locomote has integrated with global expense management platform Expensify, the fastest growing expense reporting software company worldwide, to simplify business travel.
The partnership aims to make corporate travel more efficient and smarter.
The partnership will make business travel an integrated experience, connecting all the tools needed to plan, book and report business trips in real-time, saving organisations up to 35 per cent in costs.
Expensify’s SmartScan that captures payments data directly from receipts will seamlessly sync with Locomote’s user-friendly travel solution, which enables companies to manage every aspect of their business travel, including authorisations, duty of care, budgets, expenses and more.
This integration will empower businesses to have complete control and visibility of their employee travel spend.
All transactions can be imported into the accounting package, and this will automatically create a report based on itinerary dates and incurred expenses.
The strategic partnership with Expensify comes off the back of Locomote’s rapid growth in the last 12 months, signing customers such as ANZ, Allen & Overy, Medibank and World Vision.
