Women in Global Business will host a workshop in Sydney this month to assist Australian businesswomen to grow internationally.
The Financing Women Business Owners for International Growth workshop will examine the unique challenges to financing international business.
Sponsored by ANZ Bank and Grant Thornton Australia, the workshop will explore ways in which entrepreneurs can gain access to finance or capital to achieve their international business goals.
The workshop will feature speakers from government, ANZ Bank, Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants and experts in hedging, equity finance, venture capital and business angels. The speakers will share proven approaches and strategies.
Power breakout sessions provide time for one-to-one consultations with advisors and networking sessions will also be held.
It is recommended that attendees should have at least:
- An established business in Australia operational for at least three years
- Be export ready
- Seeking immediate finance or capital
