The Hong Kong-Australia Business Association (HKABA) NSW Chapter has launched its annual business awards, to celebrate excellence in trade and business relations between Hong Kong and the state of NSW.
“Our Business Awards is a way of recognising those hardworking entrepreneurs despite the difficult times. It’s also a good way to increase your company profile through the various events and activities being held by HKABA-NSW throughout the year,” said Peter Sinn, President of the HKABA NSW Chapter.
In addition to an overall Grand Prize, award entrants contend in six categories:
- Export of Goods
- Export of Services
- Import of Goods
- Import of Services
- Creative SME; and
- Contribution to Industry.
The judging panel will be chaired by The Hon Sir Laurence Street AC KCMG QC, with representations from the NSW Government, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Austrade, and HKABA NSW Chapter 2010-2011 Platinum Sponsors.
