Disaster assistance for exporters available now
Austrade is offering assistance to small and medium businesses which were affected by the recent cyclone and floods in Queensland or fires in Western Australia. Some businesses affected by flooding in Victoria, Tasmania and NSW are also eligible.
If the headquarters of your business is in a disaster-affected area, you can take advantage of Austrade’s tailored advice services at no cost. An hour with an Austrade consultant usually costs $190.

To find out if your business is eligible, call Austrade on 13 28 78 for an initial evaluation. The assistance will be available for 12 months.
